1 year of hypertrophy training, on a 4000cal surplus. Good thing i train for strength now, who was bodyfat?
The pic on the left is from 2 months ago, im slightly leaner now.
Coming to the end of my first bulk, 11 months lifting (Didn’t take nutrition seriously until 6 months in), first 6/7 were solely for hypertrophy/bodybuilding goals, last few have been solely for strength. My first cut starts January 1st, looking to get down to around 150, maybe a bit lower.
Current: (180ish @ 20% bodyfat):
I know im fat as fuck, but i’d thought i’d throw some pics up anyway. Made some pretty decent strength gains the last few months, so i may video some lifts, but i dunno
- Need to train side delts more (poverty natty delts)

Start cutting January first, down to 10%<
